Step 1: Send a text message...

If you're driving around town and see one of our "Text Message" property info sign riders, or you see an ad in your local homes magazine or newspaper, simply text the property number (typically a four digit code) to the text number 34663.

Step 2: Receive property information...

Within a few moments you will receive the listing agent's description of the property, and optionally a link to property images (Your cell phone must have an internet connection capable of retrieving the property images). As long as you're still interested in receiving property updates on that property, the listing agent may at times send out notifications by text message. These include Open House, Price Reduction, Sale Pending and more.

You can optionally log onto this website and register your cell phone number. If you've requested properties on that cell phone, they will be available for detailed viewing on our site.

Larger property images will be available online, as well as virtual tours and other listing specific details the Real Estate agent or Broker has made available.

At any time you can also text the word "stop", "cancel", or "unsubscribe" to our text number 34663 and all the properties for which you have requested information will be removed from your watch list.

Properties that are not on your watch list are still in your account for viewing, but you will no longer be subscribed to receive any updates on those properties.

By using our site, you can also selectively add or remove properties from your watch list.
